About this space

Located in the exclusive Four Mile Cove neighbourhood close to the Ecological Preserve, this Gulf access location is at the end of a quiet cul de sac on a wonderfully expansive property. A charming home, tastefully furnished and artfully decorated, it has the look and feel of a sophisticated Tropical retreat with abundant tall palm trees, and beautiful landscaping. The rear of the home faces southwest and with170 feet of frontage on a wide intersecting canal you will enjoy gorgeous  sunsets and wonderful water views from the lanai, living room and two of the bedrooms. Pocket sliding doors open the entire living room to the Lanai with its colorful Mexican tiles and graceful arches, while tall hedges on both sides of the property provide you with complete privacy from your neighbours to either side. An oversize pool heater to assure you of a warm pool and hot spa regardless of the season, and with a large dock and10,000 lb. boat lift you can rent a boat or bring your own. Conveniently located, with quick and easy access to Fort Myers and the Gulf Beaches you can be assured that 'Villa Lady Jane' will provide you with a wonderful vacation experience.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

NO smoking inside the house please!

This house is pet friendly. Small dogs only.
