Welcome to 817 East Arctic! This 6 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront gem can comfortably sleep up to 12 of your friends and family members. Enjoy watching the famous Folly Beach sunrise while drinking coffee on the large screened in porch with a private beach boardwalk and private oceanfront deck. The naturally well-lit living room space features a spectacular ocean view. A well deserved vacation at this single family home is sure to create awe-inspiring memories to last a lifetime.

The 6 bedrooms provide plenty of options for everyone to have their own private space. Bedroom #1 faces the front of the house and has a King bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 comes with a Queen bed and ocean view and also has a flat screen TV. Bedroom # 3 has a Queen bed and ocean view. Bedroom # 4 has a Full bed. Bedroom # 5 features a Queen bed and has ocean views and a flat screen TV. Bedroom # 6 is perfect for the kiddos with 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have a shower, and are shared by 3 of the 6 bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare the family meals and the large dining room table makes gathering around easy. Serve a delicious dinner after cooking on the gas grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating on both decks for eating or relaxing. After a day in the sun, rinse off with the outdoor shower, and rest in the porch swing while feeling the cool ocean breeze.

Drive or ride your bicycles into the downtown area of Folly Beach, only 1.1 miles away. Here you will find our local restaurants, beach shops, rent a kayak, jet ski, or paddle board. Catch a fishing or dolphin tour, or jet around town in a rented golf cart for the absolute best Folly Beach experience. Want more history and a night out on the town? Just a short, 20-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston, SC to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer!

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services.
