If you like to fish, walk next door to the pier. Folly Beach town center is one block away with many popular restaurants and shops, and there is a grocery in walking distance.

Excellent accommodations for a small family, couple's vacation, or “girls or boys” getaway. Sleeps 6. You have everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. You will LOVE the swing bed on the porch!! The master has oceanfront view & access to the balcony, king bed, TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower & dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, private bath with tub & shower, & TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, attached 3rd full bath with tub & shower, & TV. The living room has a large flat screen TV, & access to the covered balcony facing the ocean.

There are a washer & dryer in the unit; free Hi-speed WIFI & Cable; 2 reserved parking spaces; the elevator right outside your door; use of the downstairs storage for your beach items, & the owners provide beach towels. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building, & a lifeguard station on the beach directly behind the condo.

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
