Newly renovated! This classic modern ranch style home is perfect for a couples getaway or family beach vacation. Whether you're grilling on the deck, having coffee on the screened in porch, or rinsing off sand under the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach,1018 East Cooper has something for everyone to enjoy.

As you enter the home, you are brought into the spacious open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This bright and airy living space makes it easy for everyone to be together to enjoy conversation and entertainment. The living area features a new flat screen television. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Want to grill up some delicious barbeque? Cook dinner using the charcoal grill on the full length back deck. Access is just off of the kitchen and through the laundry room. Dine in around the dining room table with added seating at the kitchen counter.

Down the hall you'll find the perfect setup for 6 guests. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, and an on suite with a modern stand up shower. The King bed is located in bedroom #2, while a Full bed sits in bedroom #3. The shared bathroom in the hallway is complete with a bathtub/shower combo.

Enjoy the breeze on the screened-in porch while sitting in a rocking chair with an iced tea or a good book. Head to the beach and get your toes in the sand using the East 10th St. block public beach access, just a 4 minute walk away. Parking for 3 vehicles provided in the front driveway. Pay to park public beach accesses nearby, or park near the beach access on the side streets for free and must follow City of Folly Beach parking rules.

This house has all of the modern conveniences – free WiFi internet, cable, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all of the amenities to ensure you have a great vacation. 1018 East Cooper is a non-smoking and pet free property. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No parties or events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
