Relax and enjoy your vacation with recent renovations make this home a wonderful family vacation home. The living room features a large flat screen Cable TV, Surround Sound, DVD Player, and CD player. The fully-equipped, renovated kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, tile, and more! New hardwood flooring installed in the living room. This all opens up onto your private, covered deck with plenty of comfortable seating including a picnic table and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. This house also features wireless internet, Flat Screen TVs in all bedrooms, gas grill, outdoor beach shower, and a laundry room with washer / dryer.

The first floor features two bedrooms with separate full bathrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, Roku TV. Private bath with double vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds and on suite full bath that has been updated with granite and tile. The Second floor hosts three bedrooms with separate baths. The master suite has a sitting area with access to the open porch with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. The second bedroom offers a king bed, Roku TV, and a private bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV and full bath with double vanity sinks.

The home is rented on a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day and most holidays, three night minimum stay required during the off seasons. Wi-Fi provided. No smoking is allowed. No pet policy. This house has no elevator.
