This spacious and comfortable family cottage is tastefully furnished with Mennonite antique and vintage decor along with pine paneling and new flooring.

The large vaulted family room with gas heat has three walls of tall windows for lots of natural light and breezes while relaxing or dining, along with multiple views of the lake and the surrounding woods. The open concept modern kitchen offers additional living space, with a second dining/breakfast area overlooking the lake, a reading corner and a vintage piano. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with quality appliances, a central work table and plenty of storage, while a separate laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer along with additional storage space. Both the kitchen area and the family room have easy access to the cottage deck, where the BBQ conveniently connects to the main gas supply.

Three charming bedrooms are smaller yet comfortable; one has a lovely lake view and another features a private walkout to the lakeside of the cottage.

The natural shoreline here preserves the lake's beauty and protects bird habitat; herons, loons, geese and ducks frequently are seen from the cottage. While rocks limit shallow shore entry into the water, there is easy water entry for swimming, fishing and kayaking from the sunny main dock, which includes a swimming ladder. The main dock extends from a shore dock with plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing in your choice of sunny or shady spots.

Whether indoors or out, the cottage's west exposure offers prime views of Eagle Lake's spectacular sunsets sparkling across the waters!
