Located in the wonderful gated community of Forest Park! This beautiful executive 3-bedroom, den, pool, and spa home features a huge lanai and a raised pavered sunning deck. You won’t find a nicer home! Enjoy plantation shutters, granite counters in the kitchen, a breakfast room, and a breakfast bar. Pocket sliders lead you to a world of relaxation through a covered area with a BBQ grill and a stunning pool featuring an elevated spa with a waterfall and fountain. The community clubhouse offers a billiards room, card room, fitness center, huge pool, and a catering kitchen that you can book to host your own gathering. Adjacent to the community is Collier Park, featuring baseball fields, shuffleboard, a kiddie playground, tennis and racquetball courts, a waterpark, a fitness center, and a free boat ramp. Shopping and restaurants are less than a mile away, while 5th Avenue and the beaches are only a 15-minute drive. Access to I-75 is close by, making all of Southwest Florida your playground. Book all 4 months, or a combination of January/February or March/April. You will not be disappointed!
