This traditional detached cottage is ideally situated in the charming historic village of Kilkhampton, just 6 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Bude. A delightful romantic getaway, this beauty of a property offers plenty of charm and character and is welcoming, cosy and comfortable. Set close to the border of Devon and Cornwall, it is a fantastic base for exploring the wonderful beaches, towns and villages of both these unique counties.

Gorgeous gardens outside and original features retained inside as well as comfortable furnishings and a charming summerhouse, this lovely cottage offers an ideal space to relax in after a great day exploring this wonderful area. There's a choice of walks for you to enjoy right from the doorstep, allowing you to take in some of Cornwall's most breath-taking scenery. Although lying in an idyllic location, Kilkhampton is also ideal for the A39, opening up the rest of Cornwall for you to discover.

The Hartland Heritage Coast is 2 miles to the west and offers 60 miles of stunning walks, with rugged cliffs and glorious views. The Hartland Peninsula is a walker's paradise with 17,000 acres to explore. There are plenty of lovely towns and villages within easy reach along the northern coast including Clovelly (11 miles), Tintagel (24 miles) and Port Isaac (30 miles). You could head south into Dartmoor (34 miles), the cathedral city of Truro (56 miles) or some of the beautiful coastal resorts on the southern coast including Fowey (46 miles) and Polperro (54 miles).
