Set in the heart of the Cornish countryside, this beautifully presented converted barn is a tranquil retreat steeped in character and perfect for couples.

Perfectly placed on the edge of the village of Kilkhampton which offers a choice of two traditional inns, village stores, a great selection of takeaways and easy access onto the A39. The popular seaside town of Bude is 8 miles away and boasts a wide range of independent shops, restaurants, bars and a choice of three sandy beaches plus many more leisure facilities. Alternatively, head further along the coast on either the Cornish or Devon side and explore the rugged coastline and numerous picturesque fishing villages such as Hartland, Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac, all within 30 miles. Other attractions accessible from here include Trethorne Leisure Park (24 miles) and Tamar Lakes which is less than 1 mile and offers a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks.

Through the entrance of the private gate and up the gravelled drive you are greeted by the beautifully converted barn. In the accommodation, the cosy and well-presented lounge/kitchen/diner is the heart of the cottage. In the lounge, you can cuddle up on the cosy seating and watch your favourite programs on the Smart TV. The dining area has seating for two and overlooks the countryside through patio doors. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher, the perfect space to cook up a delicious meal or two. Moving up the short staircase, the bathroom with shower over bath and WC is a relaxing space to unwind after a long day exploring. You will also find a utility cupboard in this room which houses the washing machine. Next door is the bedroom with a king-size bed with a TV, the perfect spot for a lazy morning or breakfast in bed.

Outside offers a wonderful patio with garden furniture, a relaxing spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dine alfresco. There is private parking for three cars.
