Please note that the bathroom is accessed from the kitchen up six steep steps with an alternative shower room on the 1st floor. The steps to the bedroom on the 3rd floor are also steep.

The village of Polruan itself has a range of amenities including a pub, bakery and teashop all within a quatre-mile of the property's front door. Take a wander to The Quay and breathe in that sea air. Just under 5 miles away and including a lovely ferry trip, discover the 16th century ruins of St Catherine's Castle or for the more adventurous, travel just under 20 miles to Siblyback Lake Country Park to experiment with a wealth of water sports.
