About this space

The 2stories high Villa Starfish lies at a quiet and privileged location and offers stunning water views that will enchant you from the moment you enter the home. The house has been completely renovated 2015 and brings all amenities you would expect from a holiday paradise.

Enjoy the breathtaking view from the spacious, south facing lanai over the water of the 8lakes and watch manatees and fishes right in front of the dock. For your perfect moment of relaxation you find enough sunloungers as well on the sundeck as on the boat deck. A comfortable lounge to enjoy your sundowner. Huge gas BBQ.

Fully equipped kitchen - even from here you have a wonderful view over the sparkling water of the lake. Enjoy your breakfast coffee and enjoy the perfect moment in a perfect location. Nespresso coffee machine available. Don’t forget to bring you favorite capsules from home!

Light and modern furnished livingroom with a huge sofa with space for everybody. Big flat screen TV, a chimney for cooler days. Free WLAN Internet, Apple TV, german programs as well as US-TV (satellite)

Masterbedroom with kingsize bed and direct access to the pool area on the ground floor. Furthermore you find two guest bedrooms, one of which has a queensize bed and one with 2 twin beds. 2 bathrooms groundfloor with shower/WC and one with bathtub/shower/WC.

Upstairs you find the second masterbedroom with kingsize bed and direct access to the balcony, which offers stunning views over the lake. En-suite bathroom with shower/WC and double sink. This bedroom has a door and can be closed.

Spacious dock with sunloungers and boat lift. Boat rent optional possible and very recommended. You can reach the Caloosahatchee River without having to pass any locks. Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva, go shellying on a deserted beach or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants where you can dock the boat.

The dock with boat lift is available for our own rental boats only.

Explore with the 2 kayaks the canals and the lake, watch manatees and dolphins playing. Use always at your own risk.

English and german speaking property management at your site.

Non-smoking property. Please smoke only outdoors, thank you.
