Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations 60 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes) unless the property can be rented to another party for the same time period; in this case only the rental deposit equal to 25% is forfeited and an administrative fee in the amount of $100.00 becomes due. We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!
