This villa has been updated with all the modern features one expects of a quality vacation villa together with a private pool which faces a conservation area that gets lots of sun and privacy. Our villa has upgraded furniture, area rug, tile & wood flooring, great for hypo allergenic individuals, lamps, wall art & decorations and no expense has been spared to provide luxury at its best. The kitchen cabinets and counters have all been replaced with new taller soft close Cinnamon colored cabinets & drawers and granite counter tops throughout. A new wall mounted television in the dining room, all new remote control ceiling fans with lights were installed in all of the bedrooms. This villa is located in the beautiful Terra Verde Resort directly across the street, just steps from the main clubhouse. There is no better location to rent!
