About this space

Villa Riverside - directly at the Caloosahatchee River and perfect location for a ride out by boat to the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva.

Cozy Lanai with a 8.3m big saltwater pool. Wonderful views over the never-ending water of the river and it’s sparkling surface. Sun loungers on the sun deck, a small lounge and a dock offer enough places for everybody to find his / her perfect place.

Light, fully equipped kitchen with a huge fridge and nespresso coffee machine. Don’t forget to bring your favorite flavours! Wonderful view over the lanai and the river from the kitchen and the dining table. Every morning coffee will be perfect here!

Pool table and free WLAN for your daily fun.

3 bedrooms - 1 mastersuite (kingsize) with direct access to the pool, second bedroom with queensize bed and a guestroom with 2 twin beds. 2 toilets with shower / WC, one of which has a spacious rainshower. No bathtub in this house.

Boat rent optional and very recommended. Villa Riverside is perfectly situated for boaters.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
