2004 built Villa La Palmita. Enjoy a great view over the canal and enjoy your perfect holiday in this 180m2 livingroom home.

Spacious, electrical heated pool and a lot of space on the SunDeck. Comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Caribbean sun the whole day! BBQ for your perfect and juicy US-steak. Or maybe a fresh fish you catched before in the canal? If you watch closely you might even see a manatee passing by in front of the dock. They come here almost daily to eat.

Fully equipped kitchen with a great view over the pool and to the canal. Enjoy your breakfast coffee at the kitchen bar or on the dock, having your feet in the fresh water. The perfect start into a perfect day at paradise!

Masterbedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom with queensize-bed, third bedroom with 2 twin beds.

3 SAT-TV’s, DVD-player, games and free WiFi.

22” Hurricane Sundeck, 150PS available at the house. Thanks to a direct access without locks you’re within a few minutes on the river and off you go on a daytrip to explore Sanibel or Captiva Island or visit Fort Myers Beach by boat.
