About this space

Villa SeaTurtle was built in 2012 and lies in the quiet and tranquil northwest of Cape Coral, directly at the wonderful Honeymoon Lake. The house faces south and offers breathtaking views over the sparkling water of the lake.

A spacious pool area with an enormous pool of 10x5 meters faces directly south and offers sun the whole day. Embedded within wonderful plants, the pool area lies far from snoopy neighbors. The saltwaterpool is electrically heatable. The colorful illumination sets the house into perfect scene. Comfortable sunloungers are available on the sundeck. The gas grill invites to enjoy your perfect and juicy US steak in this wonderful ambient.

Next to the big sundeck you can sunbath directly at the lake, on the dock - such as numerous turtles do so every day. The lake is full of life, and maybe you even see an alligator swimming by?

The open living area overviews the terrace and the lake. A huge 55” HD LED TV with DVD’s, a blue ray player and of course free WIFI within the whole house.

An exclusive and open kitchen with a high quality granite worktop offers everything you could wish for.

Villa SeaTurtle offers 4 comfortable bedrooms. The masterbedroom with its huge kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom has direct access to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom offers a whirl bathtub and 2 showers as well as a WC. Two other bedrooms offer a queensize bed, and the third guest bedroom offers 2 single beds. A second bathroom with shower/WC is available.

High chair and baby bed available.

There are 2 kayaks and 2 bikes available to use at Villa SeaTurtle (use at very own risk). Paddle through the species-rich Honeymoon Lake and discover the great flora and fauna of Cape Coral. Or get a bike and cruise along the many bike paths - maybe even to Pine Island?

English and german speaking Property Management at place.

11.5% sales and tourist taxes are already included in our prices.

Small dogs allowed on request. Fee 5€ (approx 6USD) per day plus additional cleaning fee. Please ask us for an offer.
