Snowater Condo #68 - 2 Story Family Condo - Sleeps-4 - Close to Community Amenities - Wi-Fi!
This extensively remodeled standard 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath townhouse-style condo is the perfect base camp for family activities! The main floor features a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with new countertops, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar, plus a combination living/dining area with new flooring, furnishings, and fixtures, as well as a wood stove insert (firewood NOT provided) and a walk-out balcony that overlooks the well maintained common area grounds. Also included is one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, plus a 1/2 bath with all new fixtures. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with all new furnishings, including 1-queen-sized bed, a laundry cubby with a new stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This monitored family vacation property will sleep 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). The condo is nice but needs some care. There are holes and gaps in the screen doors front and back and an upstairs windo…

Very nice place to stay if you are planning a ski trip to Mt.Baker.!! Also very close to the local restaurant!
