This tastefully decorated ground floor family condo includes 1-bedroom and 1-full bath. Features include an open living/dining area with a full sized hide-a-bed, a gas fireplace, a small deck overlooking the well-maintained grounds, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, 1-full bath, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Snowater community. The condo, parking, rec areas were well maintained. We loved the trails along the river and will come back here again.

What a nice little place
