Snowater Condo #57 - 2-Story Family Condo - Sleeps 6 - Wi-Fi - Close to Community Amenities.
This standard 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse-style condo is a great place to stay! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-set of standard-sized bunk beds and 1-queen sized bed, a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, plus a small balcony overlooking the well-maintained common area grounds. The 2nd floor features a loft primary bedroom with 1 queen sized bed, 1 full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
