Located in Brookline, a walking distance from Longwood Medical Area, which features world-class hospitals: Brigham and Women’s, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Beth Israel.

Located on the MBTA Green Line, a ten-minute ride will take you to any of Boston’s visitor attractions, museums, and Boston Universities. Or take a relaxing walk to Coolidge Corner and Brookline Village to visit the local shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Public transportation is a 5 min walk: Green line Longwood D train.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.

Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee.
