Boston requires a 28-day minimum for rentals unless it's rented <90 days/year or owner occupied, which this isn't. Stays 32 days or longer don't pay state lodging tax.

Boston's #2 safest neighborhood. Reservoir across the street for walking and jogging.

Upscale appointments and furniture, AC, well-stocked kitchen, hotel bed linens, towels, wifi and 50" TV with Netflix. Fourth floor walkup (no elevator).

Reserved parking spot across the street and 2 houses over, which is close for Boston, for $175/mo. MBTA Green Line B train is 100 ft away. The laundromat 1 block away will do your laundry for a reasonable price.

Please tell me about your group when inquiring or booking. The minimum age of the oldest person must be 25 and good reviews are required, but I make exceptions.

Check in is 3:00 p.m. or later and check out is by 11:00 a.m. I do my best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures.
