The apartment is located in a 3 family building. The apartment is private and located on the 3rd Floor. You will be the only ones staying in there, it is not being shared with anybody. I don't live in this building, but my mother lives on the first floor. I live 5 minutes away from the apartment, so, feel comfortable to ask if you need any assistance, you won't have any problems as I will be just a phone call away.

Bookings are done with the "strict cancellation policy which means that there is a 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival and all cancellations should be done through VRBO/HOMEAWAY. This being said, if we manage to re-rent the place the nights you have cancelled, we can give a bigger refund to you than what the strict cancellation policy dictates. The earlier you cancel the bigger the chance that we will find other guests. This cancellation policy supersede any other one showing on any listing by VRBO/HOMEAWAY.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is a refundable security deposit which it will be put back in your credit card 48 hours after your check out, provided that no damages were done to the premises, it might take 5 to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement.
