The second level of this majestic location is the main living area of the home offering a huge great room that includes an extra large Kitchen, Living Room Area (with 50” television), an extra large dining area and a powder room bathroom.
Kitchen features include a huge island that can seat 6 persons and also includes a bar sink. Stainless Steel Side by Side Fridge and Freezer, gas stove, designer extractor, dishwasher, ice maker and all the kitchenware one will need.

Our Villa offers 7 bedrooms in total. The upper level hosts 4 bedrooms, all with king size beds and their own private bath. Each of these bedrooms has a T.V. with cable/internet and a wonderful outdoor Terrace.

Surrounding this living area are outdoor entertainment terraces where you can take in the beautiful ocean breezes and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Owner has also installed a lovely outdoor BBQ grill and sink.

Main level of the home gives you your incredible outdoor fun area with a beautiful pool and decks both shaded and open for tanning.

Here you also have the entrances to three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with private sinks and then share the central shower and toilet. Road side bedroom features two double beds while the ocean side bedroom features two queen size beds.

Our third bedroom is wheelchair accessible and features a private full bathroom facing the ocean.

In addition to all these wonderful features the owner offers clients 4 “townie” bicycles, 4 stand up paddle board, 2 sit on top Kayaks and 2 Boogie Boards. Clients will be responsible for damage or loss of these items.

Home includes a daily maid service Tuesdays and Fridays with part time service the other days of the week, except Sunday. Gardiner twice per week and an on-site overseer.

Additional assistance for clients available through our Concierge Division include everything from airport transport to car rentals, tours, in house chef service, in house massage service and even a stock your fridge program.
