The Main entrance level features an open concept Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen which all flow to the outdoor terrace. Here you have a beautiful large infinity edge pool and outdoor BBQ area with sink, as well as a private terrace off the kitchen, all surrounded by lush vegetation. The two houses shared a beautiful pool and Grill Area.

In addition the main level has a guest bedroom with queen size bed, a ½ bath, laundry room and plenty of storage.

Casa Serena's kitchen includes a brand new Double Door Stainless Steel Fridge/Freezer combo, Dishwasher, Microwave, Built in Oven, New Gas Cook Top and all the kitchen items one needs.

The second level hosts the Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, private bath, walk-in closet and an ocean view balcony. There is also a Guest Bedroom with 2 full beds, private bath, walk through closet and balcony.
And the third floor loft level features one twin bed and 360 degree views.
