Casa Melina is a wonderful beachfront private home where you can stay with all family and friends and create the best memories in Costa Rica. The house is located in Playa Potrero, Guanacaste, surrounded by palms and beach landscapes.

One of the nicest features in this house is the big pool with nice view to the sand and the ocean, giving you the benefit of the warm breeze, spots for pictures and enjoy refreshing beverages. Next to the pool you can find ¨The Rancho´ with a gas grill and a beach bar for all the guests. You can reading a book or just chill in the chairs and start the relaxation in this luxury home.

In the first floor you can find a spaceful living room with a higher roof and ceiling fans which will make you feel totally comfortable, A/C is available in all the house as well. The fully equipped Kitchen is in the same area also with ocean view. A private cook is a very good option to enjoy the local food and this could be arranged with our personalized concierge.

The house has 5 bedrooms each with a King size bed. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor and one upstairs in the loft. In the main floor, two of the bedrooms are beachside and 2 are on the East side with small private patios. These two East side bedrooms each have a futon/couch bed in addition to the king bed. Then the 5th bedroom upstairs has the king bed and two more futon/couch. Each Bedroom has a private full bathroom.

The parking space and the security 24/7 are very convenient features in Casa Melina. Also is very important to mention that the house comes with 2 double kayaks for everyone to enjoy at any time as part of the amenities. Enjoy a sunset from the kayak or just connect with the nature thru the calm and beautiful waters of Playa Potrero.

We are committed to avoid the spread of COVID-19 by implementing specialized cleaning procedures and following strict instructions of our country´s Health Ministry. We offer you the option of the virtual check in, having the same warm welcome while we take care of you and your family.

Feel free to inquire about the housekeeping service and the flexibility that we have in order to make you feel comfortable during the stay. As additional precautions, LEP staff are required to use personal protective equipment to improve safety of all.
