Unique BEACH FRONT, OCEANFRONT, Private home, Private Pool, right on PRISTINE MARINE RESERVE: Watch the waves or the turtles from the covered deck as you sip your morning coffee!! Walk out the gates of the property out onto the swimming/snorkeling beach.
Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean!
Amazing SUNSETS!!!
Good area to snorkel. Reef is close to shore. Easy entrance into the water. Large variety of colorful fish and sea turtles.
You can walk to the right on the beach from this house all the way to Maria's beach. Calypso Cafe, and to the lighthouse.
A very short walk on the beach to the left is the small marine area. Here you can arrange for trips to Desecheo Island with Taino Divers, and stop at the Shipwreck, Copa Llena, NEW Club Nautico, or La Ancla beach bar for a drink and a bite to eat .
The house faces the west so sunsets are just amazing!
This is a unique rental as this is NOT a condo or a shared property. Only you and your house guests will be renting this private 1/4 acre facility.

The newly renovated Rincon Town Center, is just about 1 mile walk from Por fin tres palmas house. Many locals have recently set up shops and restaurants in this beautiful square. Stroll aound the center to see the local aritsans displays every Thursday evening at the Art Walk and every Sunday morning at the Farmers Market to bring home some unique gifts. Check out the locals playing dominos in the square.

Private home Private pool: This is a private home, not a condo or town house. The grounds and the pool are for the use of the guests in your group only. There are no other apartments on the grounds.   All beaches are open to the public in Puerto Rico, but this is a quiet beach. You may see people strolling by, but definitely no crowds here! Children welcome

We now have Por fin dogmans beach and Por fin tres palmas beach and another 5/6 bedroom BEACHFRONT home under construction!!! Coming soon, winter of 2021. VILLA PLAYA ORIA NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS STARTING December 2021.We are both from the Jersey Shore. We spend half the year at the Jersey Shore and our winters in Rincon. Why they chose this propertyWe have been property owners here in Rincon since 1994. This beachfront property was always one of our favorite spots to snorkel and swim. The water is so clear and the beach is wide enough to enjoy sun bathing. We are thrilled to be able to share the joy this location has brought to use for so many years. What makes this property uniqueThis property is very unique as there are not very many smaller PRIVATE homes available for rent that are located RIGHT ON THE BEACH. This home is in a secluded location but yet very close to everything. There is a 18 unit, 3 story condo to the left side and vacant property to the right. NOTE: we had NO damage from the earthquake in Rincon.We did loose power for 1 night but we have a small generator to provide in the event of any power outage.
