Casa Tamara has two units, each with 3 bedrooms an open living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and 25 foot covered porch with fantastic views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea. We have a grassy backyard, great for kids to play and a 75 ft long terrace with chaise lounges and seating, along the beach to relax and have a glass of wine while watching our fabulous sunsets. We have satellite TV, AC in all bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private entrance and private off street parking for each unit. If you want more space, you can add the other apartment to have 6 bedrooms. We also have another smaller house next door, with 2 units of 2 bedrooms each: listing #312192. Rincon is the best beach town in Puerto Rico, Come and enjoy all the great water sports, great restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Casa Tamara has a master bedroom with full bathroom en suite and satellite TV; there are two other bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each, which can be made up as a king when requested. One of these bedrooms has a full bathroom en suite, in the downstairs unit, and there is also another full bathroom. The living room has satellite TV, DVD and WiFi. The covered porch has a dining table for 6, recliners and a barbeque, as well as a great view of our fabulous sunsets. The bedrooms all have Air Conditioners and there are ceiling fans throughout the house.

We have a front garden with lounge chairs and hammocks, private off street parking, laundry room with washer and dryer and we are right on the best swimming beach on the Caribbean side of Rincon, with warm, calm water. Walk for miles on the beach, enjoy relaxation and privacy in our lovely beachfront home with its glass living room wall which opens onto a covered porch -- where you can enjoy delightful breakfasts and fabulous sunsets, and watch the whales and dolphins pass by.

Additional Information: All linens, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a washing machine and dryer, For your outdoor enjoyment, we provide lounge chairs, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. On our Caribbean facing front porch, we have a barbecue so you can cook dinner and eat while watching the famous, sunsets and there is a private driveway for off street parking. Our private villas are perfect beach houses for a secluded getaway or an extended family reunion.

It's a short walk or drive to nearby restaurants, supermarket, and the town of Rincon. Swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, other water sports, sailing, fishing and kayaking. sight-seeing, tennis, golfing, and varied restaurants are nearby. Wonderful sight-seeing includes a coffee plantation, caves, and bio-luminescent bay. Extra maid service and babysitting are available. Food shopping is nearby. We are convenient to three airports or we can arrange airport pick-up
