This new, custom-built 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home features a private pool, a covered outdoor terrace off the great room, and a large gazebo with table and chairs for family and friends to enjoy. It’s an easy walk to the town plaza, beaches, restaurants, paddle boarding, horseback riding, a dive shop, snorkeling, charter fishing, and much more. The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, privacy wall, and gate ensure everyone has what they expect in this new home.

A short 3-minute drive will take you to the local grocery store, which is well stocked with everything you need while on vacation. If you head toward Sandy Beach from the house, you are just minutes from the romantic Rincon Puerto Rico Lighthouse.
