Secluded Pink Sand Beachfront Estate W/ Main House and Guest Cottage

Welcome to On the Rocks, a new remodeled private beachfront estate with pool located directly on Unicorn Cay Beach, a mile-long stretch of pink sand. On the Rocks is located on the Banks Road of Governors Harbour, the premier location on the island, a four minute drive from town and a 15 minute walk down the beach to famous Tippy’s beachfront restaurant and bar.

In addition to its mile-long beach, On the Rocks also features a unique sheltered beach area, where the water is as calm as a lake, protected by a natural jetty of rock. Called the Venus Pool, this sheltered swimming and beach area is perfect for small children, or anyone who enjoys calm water.

On the Rocks is being completely remodeled now, including new kitchen, baths, patio, tiles, windows, a new studio apartment (available for an extra charge), and a new ocean front pool! The remodel will be completed by Dec. 1, 2020. New photos will available at that time.

The large great room with vaulted ceiling enjoys sweeping ocean views, as does the den /TV room, two of the bedroom suites, and the studio apartment.

The Main House has four bedrooms with en suite full baths. One bedroom suite has a king bed, two bedroom suites have queen beds, and one has 2 single beds which can covert to king. The den/TV room has a queen sized sofa bed that can sleep two more guests. With the sofa bed, the main house can sleep up to 10 guests.

On the Rocks also has a detached studio apartment with a full bath and a kitchenette that can be added to the rental for $1000 per week. With the studio included, On the Rocks can sleep up to 12 guests.

Amenities include AC throughout, WIFI, landline telephone for local calls, washer/dryer, Direct TV with many channels, IPod dock CD players, along with a good library of books, backgammon and other games also in the house. Beach umbrellas are also included.

The town of Governor's Harbour, 2 miles from On the Rocks, has all necessary shops, banks, travel agent, grocery stores, gift shops and restaurants. It is picturesque and unspoiled. There are no large hotels or casinos on Eleuthera. It is a beautifully quiet and peaceful island. There are many beaches to explore!

Harbour Island is an hour to the north and makes a great day trip. Lunch at the famous Pink Sands resort, scuba diving at Valentine's Dive Centre and renting a golf cart to ride around the island and enjoy the beautiful architecture of the old Bahamian houses dating back to the 18th century.
