Brand New Luxury Beachfront Estate with Heated Pool on Banks Road

Welcome to South Beach! This new estate home, just completed in Dec. of 2017, sits directly on Unicorn Cay Beach, a stunning mile-long pink sand beach. It is located on the Banks Road of the Governors Harbour, Eleuthera’s premier location. Tippy’s famous beachfront restaurant and bar is a 10 minute walk away down the beach. The town of Governors Harbour, with shops and restaurants, is a five-minute drive from the house.

Enter into South Beach’s spectacular great room with cathedral ceiling and views over the infinity pool to the ocean beyond. The fully equipped island kitchen features stainless steel appliances and sparkling quartz countertops. The dining area has seating for up to 10. Both kitchen and dining room feature ocean views.

The extra-large living area features two sofas facing the ocean and two love seats. Step out through the giant glass sliders and enter the beachfront courtyard, centered around the heated infinity pool. The deck around the pool offers open areas for sunning and shaded areas for lounging. Just behind the pool, a short flight of wooden steps lead down to a world-class pink sand beach, over a mile long, with just a handful of houses along the length of it.

South Beach features 4 private bedroom suites, each with a king bed and a luxurious en suite bath. All bedrooms have an ocean view, although from the front two bedrooms, the view is spectacular, through a wall of glass. There is also a twin-size sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. Two of the bedroom suites are stand-alone cottages, just a few feet from the main house, complete with living/dining rooms and full kitchens. These two cottages do not connect internally to the main house.

Amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI, satellite TV, a gas grill, back up generator, and two sea kayaks!

The town of Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, is less than 3 miles from the property. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won’t want to miss it.
