One of the most beautiful Victorian Houses in Governors Harbour Eleuthera, with breathtaking views of the Harbour from sunrise to sunset. Sunset cocktails are an absolute must!!

The main town of Govenors Harbour, steps from our front door, has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a diving shop, and medical clinic. You can buy fresh fish every afternoon from fishermen at the town dock.

Governors Harbour also has a beach on the harbor which you can see from the front of the house, and which you can walk to in two minutes.

Enjoy a beautiful night on the wrap around porch, dining alfresco and sipping cocktails while watching all the boats and activities.

FOLLY has be completely updated and features a large elegant living room with a gorgeous, open, sun-filled plan, overlooking the harbor and featuring light sheers for total privacy. This house also includes comfortable couches and a smart TV with cable and internet.

The wonderful separate dining room sits 12 and is great for large gatherings and has beautiful sideboards for easy entertaining.

There is also a sitting room with a walk out to the private back terrace. The terrace includes an outdoor eating area, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. A wonderful space for garden parties with night lighting and beautiful tropical flowers.

The stunning modern kitchen with an oversized island comes completely equipped, and features open shelving and plenty of counter space.

There is a full bath located on the main floor off the kitchen, which has a walk-in shower.

The second floor features 3 large bedrooms and a library which overlooks the Harbour.

Master/Main Bedroom - A dream retreat! This room features a queen size bed, closet, dresser, a separate AC unit, and a beautiful seating area for reading, with lots of natural light and wrap around windows.

Guest Bedroom 1 - Overlooks the Harbour, has 2 single beds that can be converted to a king, a closet and dresser and a separate AC unit.

Guest Bedroom 2 - Overlooks the rear terrace, has a queen size bed, closet, dresser and separate AC unit. From this room, you can smell the wonderful night jasmine as you fall asleep.

There is one shared bathroom on this floor that is en-suite to the master and which the other two bedrooms can access from the hall. This full bath contains a shower/tub combination.

Off the back terrace, there is a separate guest suite with its own entrance. A great space with a king size bed, en-suite full bath with a shower/tub combination, and a small kitchenette with a toaster oven, coffee machine, small fridge, kettle, plates and glasses and utensils. There is no range or oven in the kitchenette.

FOLLY is situated in the heart of the main town so you can walk everywhere.

The glorious world-famous pink sand beaches of French Leave are a short picturesque 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk.

The drive way can easily accommodate 5 cars.
