This lovely brand new two-bedroom, two-bath suite is located a short five minute walk from South Palmetto Point’s Seaside Beach, which has calm crystal-clear water year round. Other nearby beaches include the pink sand French Leave Beach and the calm waters of Ten Bay Beach just minutes away by car.

Island Butterfly Suite features a full kitchen with finished in granite and stainless steel, dining area and living room.. Each bedroom has an en-suite full bath. Amenities include air conditioning throughout, cable TV, WiFi, telephone, and washer dryer.

One room features a King bed which can convert to two twins upon request and vice versa and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. Beach towels are available and a shared deck allows for relaxing or lounging in the warm sun or simply cooking up something succulent on the large propane operated grill, which is available upon request.

Situated centrally on the 110 mile island, the capital settlement of historic Governor's Harbour is only 5 miles away from the house and the surrounding area boasts fine dining, a small library, a plant preserve park, an organic farm with fresh fruits, green herbs and vegetables, a high pitched Methodist Church, a pizzeria basically across the street and the opportunity to even see school children brightly uniformed going to or returning from school. Small mom and pop grocery stores are nearby and the property is approximately a 20 minute drive from the closest Airport, Governor's Harbour.

Between Palmetto Point and Governor's Harbour, you can enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking on the beautiful Edwin's Turtle Lake. In Governor's Harbor, visit the more than 100 year old Hayne's Library, the old Episcopal church, and the famous Friday night Fish Fry where locals and tourists gather for entertainment and good food. On picturesque Cupid's Cay in Governor's Harbour, you may also wish to watch the weekly mail boats arrive from Nassau or Florida with weekly supplies and food for the island. Additionally, the historic homes overlooking the harbour are a refreshing throw back to the ole' days.

In the South of Eleuthera, a must see are the amazing blue holes in Rock Sound, while in the North you can visit the world famous glass window bridge, Preachers or Hatchet Bay caves or take a trip to nearby Victorian looking islands of Spanish Wells or Harbour Island.
