Tranquil views of the salt marsh, wonderful bird life and beautiful sunsets are the order of the day at 112 Heron Marsh!

This 2 story 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit is located within the gated community of Lichtfield By The Sea and is a short distance from the beach.

As guests of Villa 112 Heron Marsh , enjoy access to the community pool, tennis courts, cycling and jogging trails and beach.

The ground floor features the living room, kitchen, dining room and 1st bedroom with bathroom on suite.

The upper level has 2nd and 3rd bedroom both with bathrooms on suite and a laundry area.

The villa comes fully equipped including with linens and bath towels. (does not include beach towels)

All you need to bring is your food and clothes. We provide a get-started supply of bath tissue, hand soap, paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher tabs.

Head to the beach on the golf cart with the beach chairs and umbrella all provided!

(3 min. by golf cart and 5 min walk)

Undercover parking available for 2 vehicles.
