Cute and cozy beach home was renovated in 2009. Our first floor condo is located on the corner of 18th Street and Baltimore Avenue in the family section of Old Ocean City. It is a 400 foot walk to the boardwalk and beach. Park your car for the week! Our Location is within walking distance to many of Ocean City's great establishments such as Phillip’s Seafood, Jolly Rogers Park, Fish Tales as well as the Inlet. This home has been fully rented the last 4 summers; we have many repeat customers.

Our family friendly condo has a large covered porch with deck that is perfect for people watching. Watch Ocean City parades and events from our front porch as they pass by our house! Amenities include 2 queen beds, two twins, a double and a queen pullout. Two bathrooms, spacious living room, full kitchen and dining area. Includes Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, washer/dryer and cable TV. Please bring your own linens and paper products. Queen beds require deep pocket sheets for pillow top beds.
