3 Bed, 2 Bath 30th Street Condo, 100 yards to the beach

Make yourself at home in our newly purchased 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo.

Enjoy the spacious 1,000 square feet. Once inside, it feels like a cottage.

If you want a vacation close to the beach, our condo is for you.

Enjoy the sunrise each morning from the front porch.

The condo is conveniently located on 30th and Baltimore Avenue, just a 400 foot

walk to the beach. The location is excellent, just four blocks from the Ocean City

Boardwalk, and right around the corner from the Jolly Roger Amusement Park.

You will find the condo in great condition. We just repainted the entire unit.

Beautiful blues, whites, yellow and a soft green Master Bedroom.

The living room has a large, brand new HDTV Television with a DVD/VCR player.

Sleep sofa and a love seat and comfy chair. Beautiful entertainment unit with games

and puzzles for the family.

Large dining room with table and 6 chairs.

The condo has great features, a Master Bedroom (11x13) with a Queen Size Bed and new linens, complete with a Master Bathroom. The second bedroom (10x13) comes with two full size beds, plenty of space. The third bedroom (10x13) has two twin beds, and loads of space too.

The hall bathroom has a shower and bathtub, great for little children.

Our family has two other condos on Baltimore Avenue. The condo above this

one is owned by my son. He also owns one on 18th street. So if you’re planning

Our condo features: Air Conditioning (BRAND NEW), cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer (BRAND NEW), microwave (BRAND NEW), coffee maker, and a fully loaded kitchen.

On the side of the condo is a outside shower to rinse off the sand, and there is also

a cloths line to dry your wet towels and bathing suits.

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

RENTERS WILL NEED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS.

DON’T FORGET PAPER GOODS (paper towels and toilet paper).
