Jumbo sized Condo: If one word could characterize this condo it would be spacious. From the entrance portico, to very large great room area, to the master bedroom, the huge balcony, this unit is much larger than most condo's even built in the past 5 years. That means room for your extended family, or to split the unit with another family without the cramped tripping over others that often happens in older smaller condos. Other features include the utility room with Full-sized Washer and Dryer. The balcony is twice the size of most OC condos in that it spans both the living room and the master bedroom. It has 5 large chairs and 2 chase lounge chairs to people and ocean watch. Several smaller serving tables for drinks. As you enter you get the feeling of being able to spread out. You are just 15 feet from the boardwalk, so wonderful for people-watching!
