About this space

2 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bath, One block to the sand. Sleeps 6 comfortably

Newly renovated!!! We are located only one block away from the sand. Sunnyside up is an adorable two story beach Townhome located near all the action, but far enough away to enjoy and relax while you are on vacation.

Have a big group? You can also rent unit A property ID # 3805369 and B property ID # 4264840 of Sunnyside Up Townhome directly beside this unit. Let me know if you need to reserve all three for your vacation.

The home has a relaxing feel with modern beach décor. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and a pullout couch. The full-size bath is upstairs and the 1/2 bath down. Sunny side Up Townhome (C) accommodates 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully supplied with a stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator as well as dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, blender, microwave, toaster oven, & coffee maker. All linens and towels are furnished. I also have beach chairs, and toys for the kiddos.

This townhome comes with two parking spots.

This is a private townhome next to two other townhomes set in a residential beach community. Sit back and relax and enjoy your home away from home.
