There are two bedrooms with queen size bed in master and two twin beds in spare. Full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs with accommodations for 4 people. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, blender, microwave, toaster oven, & coffee maker. All linens and towels are furnished.There is a stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The main bath has a full size shower.

There are four beach communities within a five mile radius to explore and visit, each with their own personality, three of which are accessible by trolley. We are only 10 minutes away from the famous Mayo clinic and 15 minutes to the PGA Tour Headquarters and famous TPC Sawgrass Championship golf course with its new $80 million dollar club house and the annual PGA Tour Players Championship Tournament. There are many shops and restaurants near by and many fun things to do within a few blocks or within a few miles. Because we are in a residential neighborhood we simply ask you to respect the neighbors at night with common courtesy and the fact that they have to go to work in the mornings while you are on vacation.
