Our 4 bedroom, and 3.5 bathroom townhouse is only 8 miles away from the Walt Disney World parks. This spacious home can sleep up to 10 people. Fully furnished and free WiFi.

The space
Our Venetian Bay Village, 1470 sq. ft., 4 bedroom Townhouse includes a main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) with a Memory Foam King size bed, private bath/Jacuzzi and a new flat screen cable TV. We have added a child's Porta Crib for your free use. The Living area has a Flat Screen Cable TV, & DVD, a sofa which pulls out for a Full size sleeper bed and plenty of room to relax after a busy day at the Disney Parks. The Dining area and Kitchen are fully supplied with appliances, dishes, silverware, glasses and cups and all eating/cooking utensils, a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven and stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything else you may need to cook a complete meal or to enjoy meals brought in from one of the many local restaurants or take-out places. We even supply, for your free use, a Washer and Dryer. There is a slider door to our outside wrap-around covered porch. We have added Wireless Internet for your free unlimited use anywhere inside our townhouse.
The Upper level has three bedrooms. The Main upper bedroom has a Memory Foam Queen size bed, dressers and flat screen cable TV. It also includes a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds each, cable TV’s and dressers. One of these rooms has the new Nintendo Mini gaming system, complete with 30 classic games, for your kids to enjoy. An additional Bathroom and half bathroom is located on this upper level.
The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the cooking materials you may need to eat in, or if you choose, to the enjoy the local restaurants or take-out places. The famous Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/W.Vine Street) is only 1 block away from our community. We have added folding chairs and tables to enjoy our outside covered porch and a basketball, volleyball, tennis balls and rackets for your enjoyment.
Venetian Bay Village is a Gated Resort Community with Private Lake, Recreation/Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines, Business Center with wireless high-speed Internet, computers and printers for guest use and an On-Site Car Wash facility. The community is located blocks away from a Super WalMart Center, Super Target Shopping Center, Publix, Odd Lot's store and BJ’s store.
We are Close to all Disney World Parks, Sea World and Discovery Cove/Aquatica Parks, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, Gatorland Park, Medieval Times Dinner Theater, LEGOland-Florida, all the various Water Parks and many other Orlando attractions. We are located between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions.

HOA Required stay of 6 nights/7 days minimum is required.

Maximum stay is 28 days.

A 13.5% Florida Resort Fee Tax must be added to the total rental price.
A fully refundable $300.00 Security Deposit is required or held against your credit card.

There is no Cleaning Fee charged for your stay of 6 or more nights ($0.00).

We accept all major Credit or Debt cards.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to everything inside the townhouse and have full access to everything inside the gated community which includes tennis, volleyball, basketball, 4 pools, hot tub, recreation center, clubhouse, game room and the business center. This is not a shared rental, only one rental at a time.

Other things to note
This is a self-serve townhouse, you let yourself in, enjoy the entire townhouse and community and when it is time to go, you let yourself out, lock the door and done.
I have heard there was a baby alligator in the main pond, but for how long they let it stay, who knows! I have photos of him....keep an eye out for him and the ducks, fish and turtles.
