With 7 bedrooms, two living areas, and two kitchens, this house has room for everyone. The main floor has an open concept living area with a full kitchen, island with four bar stools, large dining table, and living room with large screen TV and DVD player. The lower level has an additional living area with a large sectional, tv, eating area and kitchen. Step outside to see the beautiful Catskill mountains. Enjoy the peaceful night sky with family and friends around the new firepit.
Located just 1 mile from the village of Saugerties, 3 miles from Exit 20 on the thruway, and 5 minutes from Price Chopper, enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the Catskill Mountains without sacrificing convenience. Woodstock is only 15 minutes away as well. Centrally located between Diamond Mills, Oz Farms, and the Saugerties Steamboat Company, if you are attending a wedding or other event with family or friends this is the place to stay.

Bathroom 1: Jack and Jill between bedrooms 1 and 2.
Bathroom 2: Upstairs, close to bedrooms 3 and 4
Bathroom 3: main floor, half bath, near bedroom 5
Bathroom 4: Lower Level, near bedrooms 6 and 7

The Hudson River is just .5 miles from the house. Kayak and stand up paddleboard rentals as well as larger boat rentals are available at two locations 1-2 miles from the house.
The village of Saugerties, just a mile away, has delicious restaurants, amazing boutiques, treasured antique stores, a movie theater, an eclectic book store, and more. Named one of the coolest small towns in the United States by budget travel, this is a town you don't want to miss.
Lazy Swan Golf and Country Club - Known as "Hamptons in the Hudson Valley"
Opus 40 - This is one of the most amazing earthwork sculptures in the world. It is an international destination right in our own backyard.
Puttin Plus - This kid fun center includes minigolf, go-karts, batting cages, arcade, laser tag, and more fun, just .5 miles from the house.
Kiwanis Ice Arena - figure skating, public skate, and hockey, just .5 miles from the house (August through June).
Saugerties Light House – just 1 mile away, take the short scenic trail to the Saugerties lighthouse. Bring a picnic lunch or a book to read, and relax on the large deck overlooking the Hudson River.
Cantine Memorial Complex - Softball fields, basketball courts, three playgrounds, soccer fields, and more. A great location for family fun.
Diamond Mills - This restaurant overlooks beautiful waterfalls and is a popular wedding venue.
Falling Waters Preserve - A beautiful easy to moderate hiking trail along the Hudson River with waterfall views.
Hunter Mountain, Windham Mountain, and Belleayre Ski Resorts - Some of the best ski resorts in the Northeast!
New York Zipline Canopy Tours – come enjoy the biggest, fastest, longest ziplines in North America. There is also a smaller section for those who do not want to zipline from one mountaintop to another.
Bailiwick Animal Park, Horseback Riding, and Paintball - This is a small zoo where the kids can buy feed or carrots to give to most of the animals. The zoo has some of the bigger, more exotic animals as well - tigers, bears, gorillas, etc. After going to the zoo, there is horseback riding for older kids and pony rides for the little ones.
The village of Woodstock is just 15 minutes away. Enjoy the eclectic shops, restaurants, and architecture. If you are in the area, this is a must see.
Catskill Animal Sanctuary – Visit a place where every animal has a name and a story. This is a place where animals are treated humanely, and you can be a part of their care.
Zoom Flume Water Park - This is a great waterpark for all ages, just 30 minutes from the house. Three kids play areas, a wave pool, and 10 types of slides, this is a must stop location in the summer. There is fun music playing which makes it a great atmosphere throughout the day. There is also a zipline across the park.
For Horse Show Attendees:
Sharing a border with HITS, this is the best place to stay if you are attending one of the shows. This 7 bedroom 3.5 bath home is the perfect location to walk, bike, or ride a golf cart to the shows. High speed wifi and AC throughout the home provide ultimate comfort to relax after a long day.

This house is perfect and super cozy to come home to after a long day of horse showing at HITS! The house was well maintained and our best rental so far! It offered so much space, and easily accommodated our large group - plus who could beat such a gorgeous view! This house was so convenient for us as it is situated right next door to HITS Saugerties and just minutes away from town - we can't wait to stay again! Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The house was exactly what we needed for our week at HITS. It was within walking (or golf cart) distance to HITS and had all of the amenities we could want. If you are there for HITS the reality is that you may not be in the house for a lot of waking hours but it is a great place to be for that time.
Stayed at this house for the M & S Finals at Hits. Boy was it convenient! We literally walked over to the show every day! The house is new with new appliances and amenities. Great layout and plenty of room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Jenn is super easy to work with and responds quickly. Highly recommend!
We stayed here with our family while attending the HITS horse show. The house is lovely with a variety of bedrooms and beds. It is a newer house and kept very clean and neat. The owner is great to work with and accommodating. The house is within walking distance to the show grounds which is very helpful. We will be staying here again.
