The property is located in a quiet residential area in Queens county of New York City. Easy access to Grand Central Parkway and about 30 minutes away drive to Manhattan or you can take a 5 minute bus ride to the F train (subway) to bring you to Manhattan. Bus stop is only 1 block away. 15 minutes drive to JFK and 18 minutes to La Guardia airport. The house is fully maintained by the owner. Has 4 spacious bedroom, 10 beds (1 king size bed, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and 2 single folding beds, 1 bunk bed with 1 single and 1 queen bed, and a queen sofa bed located in the living room), 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, dining area with table for 6 and full kitchen with dining table for 4 provided with utensils, basic needs for cooking in case you want to prepare your own meal. Ground coffee and tea provided to make your own when needed. Milk, fruit juice, fruits, eggs, bread, cereals and cookies are also included as our compliment to our guests. there are well known grocery stores and small shopping malls a few blocks away.
