Spacious Home on Quiet Side Street in Downtown Hamilton

Experience the beauty of Hamilton in this spacious three bedroom home that is located in the village, a five minute walk to the center of town. Feel free to entertain family and friends in one of the many inviting seating areas. Options include an all season sun room, comfortable living room with fireplace, cozy upstairs gaming nook, large kitchen and a dining room that seats eight.

This is the perfect location as it is less than a 5 minute walk to all of the local restaurants and shops. On the busy weekends you will be able to park in our driveway and walk downtown before you will find a parking space in town!

This house is perfect for small groups and gatherings. There are many different seating areas and a wonderful patio with a quiet backyard. Do you need a tent for small outdoor celebrations? We can work with you!

We are located on a quiet side street, off of one of Hamilton's main streets.

BEDROOMS:

There are three bedrooms. Bed sizes: 1 king bed, 1 California king bed and 1 queen bed.

All bedrooms have televisions, fans and hardwood floors.

Sheets, blankets and pillows provided.

BATHROOMS:

Two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a standup shower. Towels and toiletries provided.

KITCHEN:

We have a beautiful kitchen with hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, an espresso maker and soda steam. The kitchen also has a television for entertainment while eating at the breakfast bar. Coffee provided.

DINING ROOM:

The large beautiful wood table has seating for eight.

Wireless internet and Dish Network cable throughout the house. Netflix on the Sunroom tv.
