Not adhering to rules can cause termination of booking. We want guest to have a great time but be respectful. The Grand is a upscale building. Celebrity spotting’s often. There is a $15 a day max $45 registration / resort free due on arrival I In cash per guest. We charge at arrival so that you are not charged tax on the site but can pay through Airbnb if you prefer. No smoking - smoking will result in loss of deposit.
