All guest must be registered with building association 72hr before checking in. We will send registration information we will need a photo ID of all person staying in the condo. No Parties or Additional guests permitted. Must where appropriate attire in the lobby. & common areas Shirts on & no bathing suits in lobby, no Profanity in common areas. Not adhering to rules can cause termination of booking. We want guest to have a great time but be respectful. The Grand is a upscale building. Celebrity spotting’s often. There is a $15 a day max $45 registration / resort free due on arrival I In cash per guest. We charge at arrival so that you are not charged tax on the site. Can also send ay through Airbnb after booking No smoking - smoking will result in loss of deposit.
