About this space

Big and beautiful 6000 SF home, direct waterfront on the Mandalay Channel on Clearwater Beach. We have all "5" STAR reviews !! Party's of 10 to 15 people car not needed, everything in walking distance !! Large patio directly overlooking the water. Large "KING" master suite. 5 Queen beds and 3 twins. Large dock and sitting area. Fishing, biking, boating, paddle boards, we have it all. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, graduations , corporate events and all types of celebrations. (xtra fees)

The space

We are the ONLY house on the beach that is direct waterfront with docks and water access that can accommodate groups larger than 10 people.
We have a 5 night minimum.

Guest access

Our location is located within walking distance of everything on Clearwater Beach. Dining, shopping, sports such as fishing , Paddleboards, bikes etc
No car needed.

Other things to note

The State of Florida has a 13% tax on rentals (7% State and 6% county/city)
We will collect the tax at checkin time

No pets in the large house.

Additional rules

We expect guests to treat our property as if it was there's . We don't have a bunch of rules and expect that our guest are respectful and considerate. Obviously no smoking in any of our units but there is enough outdoor space to lite up if necessary.

The neighbourhood Tobys place is located in Clearwater Florida United States. We are located on the edge of the single family neighborhood but close and walking distance to everything. It's quiet and private. Large dock area and many amenities. We are not a Hotel we are a vacation rental. We do not supply beach towels or beach chairs. We start you out with bathroom necessities but it is up to you to replenish your supply. Hair dryers etc. are available upon request. Getting around Jolly Trolley stops directly in front of our property . We also have " Florida free ride" available.
