About this space

Beautiful 2 bedroom , 1 bath villa with full kitchen and dining area on Clearwater Beach , Florida. Direct waterfront, with boat docks, paddleboarding, bike rentals and easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to everything (no car needed).PET FEE
NEW- washer and dryer on property for guest use, no fee.

The space

Our property consist of a larger waterfront home and 4 villas. 2 villas are 2 bedroom units with direct waterfront views and 2 villas are 1 bedroom units. The 2 bedroom units have private patios as well.

Guest access

Our property is direct waterfront with 5 boat docks and a large seating area on the dock area.

Other things to note

State of Florida has a 13% tax (8% to State and 5% to county/city) which is collected at check in time. There is a pet fee of 75.00 per animal as we have to steam clean after a pet visits.

We have a pet fee, and extra fees for events.We do not have a list of published rules as we expect our guests to treat everyone the way they wish to be treated. Obviously, no smoking, foul language ETC. and be respectful. Everyone who has stayed here so far has loved and we have NO complaints! We plan on keeping it that way !
