Great waterfront efficiency cottage. (No Bedroom) Queen sofa sleeper in living room and love seat sofa sleeper (single) in sitting room. Walk to everything on Clearwater Beach, pets welcome with a 75.00 fee for small dogs and 100.00 for large dogs. We have a 4 night minimum on all Holidays.

Awesome!

Great stay

The apartment was clean and the host let us know she was available if needed. It was easy walking distance to everything! Even the parking space was a good size
