Equipped with: fully functional kitchen with all appliances; three TV's on cable; DVD and DVR; washer/dryer; two porches; fire pit; Weber propane BBQ; ceiling fans; observation deck; two-car garage; ping pong table; two mountain bikes. All utilities, included. Numerous horse boarding facilities in the area. Ten minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Located in Pinnacle Peak, a neighborhood in Scottsdale, this vacation home is in a rural area. Travelers who have shopping on the agenda can visit Kierland Commons and Happy Valley Towne Centre. Super comfy queen and king beds. Also can accommodate up to six by using sofa and inflatable bed. Dog friendly. Great for walking and biking on semi-paved and dirt roads. Adjacent to hiking, biking and horse paths. Two beds sleeps up to four. Sleeping pads/mats can be provided for younger guests.
