CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit) .

. Heating is optional and available at an additional fee. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
- This property does not currently accommodate special events. EI; Corporate events, holiday parties, weddings/receptions, etc.
