Richard & Connie welcome you our Junior Suite located in Carefree, on the northern border of Scottsdale, Arizona. Carefree is the 'Home of Cowboys and Caviar, Where the Old West Meets the New. You will encounter the vast Sonoran Desert with forests of saguaro cacti, beautiful mountain vistas of the Tonto National Forest, and giant boulder formations.

Our Suite is an Upscale, Hotel-Like accommodation, think Casita, and as such Kitchen and Laundry facilities “ARE NOT” available although the following items are provided for your convenience

-Bottled water for yourself & for making coffee

-Microwave

-Keurig Coffee Maker

-Enough Coffee to get you through your stay

-Cream & Sugar

-Disposable dinnerware

-Toaster Oven

-Iron & Ironing board

-More towels than you know what to do with

-Pool towels are located in the chest at the foot of the bed

-A portable sleeping cot is available for use

-The entire house is on a charcoal filtration water system as well as a no-salt water softener

You will be 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Carefree Resort which offers three separate restaurants/lounges to select from offering Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner. In addition, you are within 3 miles of over 30 eating establishments for your dining needs.

Our Junior Suite is ideally suited for those who want that private getaway with Free WiFi & Netflix to enjoy. Our rental is located adjacent to the grounds of the Carefree Resort and Villas. While not directly affiliated with the Resort it shares the same lovely location with the amenities of the area. Our suite is a convenient launching point to golfing, hiking, biking, photography, horseback riding, and so much more. Not to mention the weather, with our semiarid climate the air is generally dry and clear, with low relative humidity and a high percentage of sunshine.

Our Suite is located just 30 min from all the best venues the Valley of the Sun has to offer including the University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the 2015 Super Bowl, the Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction and so much more.

We take great pride in providing a very comfortable venue with all the amenities that you need to make for a wonderful stay. You will have plenty of room to stretch out and make yourselves comfortable. The junior suite has just been remodeled and features a private patio which looks out to a beautiful Sonoran Desert landscape a large bedroom and just remodeled bath which hosts a separate soaking tub and a walk-in shower as well as a walk-in closet and large separate den.
